By downloading or using the LooksMax app, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Intellectual Property
The LooksMax app, including all content, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights, belongs to LooksMax. Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, translating, or creating derivative works based on the app is strictly prohibited.
Service Modifications
LooksMax reserves the right to modify the app or introduce charges for services at any time. We will communicate any associated costs clearly before they take effect.
Data Processing and Security
The app processes personal data you provide to deliver its services. You are responsible for securing your device and account. We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and app functionality.
Third-Party Services
LooksMax integrates third-party services including Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, and AppsFlyer. Each service operates under its own terms and privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
LooksMax is not responsible for reduced functionality due to lack of internet connectivity, mobile data charges, roaming fees, or device battery issues. LooksMax accepts no liability for loss, direct or indirect, arising from third-party service disruptions.
App Updates
We may release updates to improve the app. You are responsible for downloading available updates to continue using the app. We do not guarantee updates for all device versions.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Effective date: August 19, 2022.
Subscriptions
Premium features are available via auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
